Meet Our Founder
Anjana SenRoy  - The Transformation Catalyst

Anjana Sen Roy's profound love for Yoga was nurtured by her mother, who sensed her innate affinity for this ancient science. This early connection set her on an immersive path to learn and advocate Yoga with unwavering passion.

At just 16, she began volunteering for an organization dedicated to introducing Yoga to children in West Bengal. Here, she witnessed the profound positive impact of Yoga, igniting her inner calling to promote well-being through this ancient practice.

Despite the persistent challenges of an era that often expected women to conform to societal norms, Anjana pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Yoga from Kolkata in 1996, firmly establishing her academic foundation.

​

In 1999, she took a significant step by establishing her first Yoga Training institute in Bengal, successfully running it for over a decade. Her ambition to provide holistic healing to people suffering from severe diseases drove her to acquire expertise in Naturopathy and Yogic procedures from the prestigious Shivananda Yoga Institute.

Furthermore, she dedicated herself as a Yoga Trainer at Shivananda Hospital, where she empowered over 1000 individuals to successfully combat various ailments like Asthma, Diabetes, Arthritis, and High Blood Pressure.

Today, Anjana Sen Roy's commitment is unwavering as she dedicates her time and expertise to empower today's women. Her mission is to assist women in seamlessly managing the complex interplay of their personal and professional lives while prioritizing their holistic health. Her remarkable journey stands as a testament to her belief that true transformation is not just possible but achievable through the power of Yoga and holistic wellness. Anjana Sen Roy is the catalyst for lasting change, inspiring women to embrace wellness, inside and out.
