Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
At ReVibe Yoga & De-Stress Studio, we strive to provide the best experience for our members. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all participants.
2. Group Sessions (Adults & Kids) – Cancellation & Refund
- No Refunds: Once a subscription is purchased (monthly or quarterly), it is *non-refundable*.
- Rescheduling: Members can reschedule missed sessions within the same month by attending another available group slot.
- Session Transfers: If unable to continue, you may transfer your remaining sessions to a friend or family member (valid only once per subscription).
3. 1:1 Personal Sessions (Online & Offline) – Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation:n Must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule without charges.
- No-Show / Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled within less than 6 hours or missed without prior notice will be charged in full and not rescheduled.
- Refunds: No refunds for completed or missed sessions. However, unused sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days from the original booking date.

4. Prenatal Yoga Program – Cancellation & Refund
- No Refunds: The subscription fee is non-refundable once enrolled.
- Medical Exceptions: In case of medical complications, sessions can be paused and resumed later within 6 months of the initial enrollment. A medical note may be required.

5. 30-Min Stress Relief Therapy (4D+ Zero Gravity Therapy) – Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation: Must be done at least 6 hours before the session for a reschedule.
- No Refunds: Payment is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed once per booking within 7 days.

6. Demo Session (₹399) – Cancellation & Refund
- Rescheduling Allowed: Must inform at least 12 hours prior to reschedule without extra charge.
- No Refunds: Demo session fees are non-refundable.

7. 90-Day Challenge (Disease & Stress Management) – Cancellation & Refund
- Refunds:
- If canceled within 7 days of enrollment, a 50% refund will be provided.
- No refunds after 7 days of enrollment.
- Transfer Option: You may transfer your challenge participation to someone else if unable to continue.

8. Force Majeure Policy (Unforeseen Events)
- If sessions are canceled due to *natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies*, ReVibe Yoga Studio will provide alternative options such as online sessions, rescheduling, or extending the validity of the package.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within *7-10 business days* and credited via the original payment method.
